  • Do we use chemicals?
No. The only places on the property that we would use chemicals is along fence lines or over grown areas that wee are starting to maintain. We use salt, vinegar, and dish soap 98% of thee time to kill any unwanted weeds. We companion plant I gardens to avoid using chemicals. If our produce doesn't look perfect its because it grew in a natural environment. Wee use our goats' and chicken poo in our compost and garden beds. We used locally sourced and our own compost to fill beds as well as locally sourced clay dirt. We prefer thee clay based dirt since our ground is clay about 1 foot down.
